Who provides Metisdo

Metisdo is provided by Antomic Studio EOOD, Bulgaria, EIK 206438790, VAT BG206438790. Contact [email protected] or use the contact form at metisdo.com/contact. These terms cover the browser preview, desktop trial, and paid desktop licence supplied by us.

Licence and paid offer

Metisdo is proprietary software. A paid licence costs €39 as a one-time payment. It does not expire and includes every future Metisdo update, including major versions, without an upgrade charge. It does not promise a particular future feature, compatibility change, or release date.

We grant a paid user a non-exclusive licence to run Metisdo for personal or internal business use on up to three machines at a time, subject to these terms. You may make copies needed for installation and backup. This does not transfer ownership of Metisdo or grant a right to sell, sublicense, or redistribute it as your own product.

Each activated machine receives a signed authorization bound to that machine. An internet connection is required for activation and periodic licence validation. A current authorization is valid for up to 30 days offline since its last successful validation and renews automatically while Metisdo is online. Authorization expiry pauses editing, but does not prevent reading or exporting a local Workspace.

You can request an email-verified link to review your activated machines and remove one you no longer use. Removing a machine takes effect when its current authorization expires, or earlier if that machine checks online. We do not promise that removal can immediately reach a machine that remains offline.

Third-party components retain their own licences. Their notices are available inside the app and in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt. Those licences govern the relevant components, and nothing here restricts rights they grant or rights that applicable law cannot exclude.

Trial and browser preview

The desktop trial lasts 30 days and does not require a payment card. Requesting a trial email does not start the trial. The trial begins only after you verify the email address through the licensing service. Its end date is fixed at that point and is not restarted or extended by reinstalling, activating another machine, or removing a machine. Trial eligibility and activation are confirmed by the service without revealing whether an address has an earlier record.

The current browser preview is available without payment or an app account. Preview features, compatibility, and availability may change. Using the browser preview or requesting a trial does not authorise a charge or subscription.

Your work remains yours

You retain your rights in the content you put in your Workspace. These terms do not give us ownership of that content. A Workspace is stored in a local folder you choose and is not uploaded to the licensing service. You control that folder, its backups, and any service you use to sync or share it. If a trial or machine authorization expires, you can still read and export that local Workspace.

Keep backups before updating or relying on a preview for important work. Exporting or archiving content is not the same as securely erasing every copy or revision. We do not operate a cloud backup or recovery service for your Workspace.

Payments, delivery, and refunds

Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for paid Metisdo purchases. Paddle presents the final total and applicable taxes before you confirm payment, processes the transaction, and supplies the purchase receipt. Antomic Studio EOOD provides Metisdo, licence fulfilment, and product support.

Paid access is supplied after payment confirmation. Client-side checkout completion does not itself create or prove a licence. We send an activation key and activation instructions by email after fulfilment confirms the purchase.

Unless applicable law requires a refund, Paddle considers refund requests case by case under its refund policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Nothing in these terms or that policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to software that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its stated purpose.

Use and integrations

Use Metisdo lawfully and only with files and systems you are authorised to access. Do not use our public services to send spam, attack systems, or interfere with other users. You may not remove proprietary notices or bypass access restrictions, except to the extent applicable law gives you a right to do so.

Plugins, MCP clients, remote images, external links, and sync or backup services may process data separately. Choose integrations you trust and check their terms. Metisdo is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional advice or an emergency or safety-critical system.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, preview and trial versions are provided as available without additional contractual warranties. We remain responsible where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, intentional misconduct, and any other non-excludable liability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies. We do not require you to waive a right to bring a claim, accept compulsory arbitration, or give up protections that apply in your country or state.

Stopping use and changes

You may stop using Metisdo at any time. Uninstalling the app, ending a trial, removing a machine, allowing an authorization to expire, or refunding a paid licence does not delete the Workspace folders, exports, or backups you created. We may restrict access to our online services where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security incident, or a material breach; this does not transfer ownership of your local content to us.

We will identify changes to these terms with an updated date and give reasonable notice of material changes through the site or app. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have. Where the law requires agreement to a change, we will request it separately.

Law and contact

Bulgarian law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory protections of the country or state where you habitually live. This choice does not remove those protections or require consumers to bring disputes exclusively in Bulgaria.
